Erlich Foods International has been the most trusted name for fresh and frozen poultry for domestic and international sales since the company’s founding in Los Angeles in 1942. Ace Erlich built the company to sell the best quality fresh poultry, and watched as Erlich Foods grew alongside the poultry industry. In 1970, Erlich Foods became a family operation in the truest sense when Ace’s nephew, Rueben Erlich, and his best friend, Jim Weston, joined the firm. This second generation helped establish frozen poultry exporting as a major part of their business. In 1978, Rueben and Jim purchased the company from Ace, and have made Erlich Foods a leading exporter of raw commodity and further processed poultry across the globe. In addition to first-class service in exporting, Erlich Foods also offers products packed in their own Sunset Farms Brand. Now in their 75th year and still true to the original philosophy, Erlich Foods continues to focus on quality products resulting in satisfied customers.
